Subtle nose of creamy grapefruit, pear, grass, herbs and a hint of vanilla. Powerful palate with richness and acidity and great presence. Pear, grass, and and a subtle nutty vanilla note. Takes the 20% new oak beautifully.

Best slightly below room temp. Nice acidity, hints of grapefruit

Grapefruit and lemon rind. Really elegant sauv blanc with a lot of complexity. Doesn't have the tropical gooseberry note that some people look for.
