The palate is, you guessed it, honeyed and stewed apricots with a nice amount of molasses. This is phenomenal. $70 at Hi Time in Costa Mesa and worth every penny.

Well that was amazing. Honeyed tangerine, and beautiful acidity and structure. Outrageously beautiful.
