Lemon and orange oil, caramel candy, popcorn. Green apple with citrusy notes and acidity on the palate keeps it fresh overall. Wood notes of caramel and toast round out the finish. Well made CA chardonnay that has noticible oak notes, but not overdone.

Slight oak, wood, and baked apple on the nose. Slightly pale golden yellow color. Tastes clean, fresh, and slightly creamy, in between the freshness of a Chablis and a rich buttery California Chardonnay. Grilled salmon will go well with this!
