Feb 15th, 2024Clean, faintly smoky and spicy, Loire Sauvignon Blanc, I like that it’s not overtly grassy, nice balance, should be even better in 3-4 years, consistently good vintage after vintage mutagen.

Fantastic Loire Sauvignon blanc. Opens with Apple, lemon peel, peach, and grass. Beautiful bright acidity on the palate, with the citrus notes and some tropical fruit showing through. Long citrus finish. Great summer drinking.
