Medium finish with big, full tannins and sour cherries.
Good quality wine, nice by itself, but will be much better in 3 to 5 years.
This unfiltered Merlot, is Made of 88% Merlot and the rest, Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented for 3 weeks, of which, two weeks on the skins. Grapes were grown in two separate Vineyards in southern Israel.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
13% alcohol by volume.
