Am I sure, asks Joshua? Well I rated the 2011 a 9.2. But then I was in the hood so who knows what preceded that bottle.
But sandy approved and it’s drinkable. Just not a lot of complexity.

Mar 26th, 2021I had two back-to-back steak nights paired with this wine. I quite like the bright blackberry notes here, but I think I expect some more tannic bite in a steak wine whereas the tannin here is a little too smoothed over for my taste when paired with a chunk of meat. That said, I enjoyed it and I'd buy it again as I think it's a value in the BC market. Look out for the other labels from this producer as well!
