Showing young. Stone fruits, rich minerality. Plenty of runway.

Baked apples, white flowers, with minerality and hints of petrol and honey. Oxidative and fresh.

Almost like an amontillado sherry - nutty and rich.

I always like to check in on this wine. First time with the 05. Less bone dry than I'm used to. Fine kind of mustardy quality, petrol on nose for first minutes after opening, not particularly long but a good foil for Vietnamese food in Paris. Would hold this for some years before trying based on current state.
