Amazing depth, maturity, power and elegance. Served at slightly below room temp to bring out all the luscious flavors.

An unbelievably sumptous wine; perfect balance between acids, flavors, and stereotypical notes of asian spices. Doubt more years will give more oomph, but I will nevertheless test my last 2013 next fall.

Liquid sweet golden perfume. Doesn’t go with everything but certainly paired well with dutch cheeses.
