Starting things off on the lighter side with some Alsatian white wine...great pairing with turkey. Classic Alsatian PG nose with honeyed peach, honeysuckle and a touch of petrol. A lot of mineral driven notes on the palate but not quite gravely. More limestone than anything. Apple tart and acidic finish.

Round

Citrus, River rocks. Light and balanced with some acidity.

This is super pure, very dry, and has a very long life ahead, great acid and cut, long finish, excellent Alsatian Pinot Gris!

Floral, mineral, quite lean for a Pinot Gris (typical for Trimbach), great acidity and cut, very lovely, needs food!!

Solid Alsace PG with some age.

Fresh lemon and delicate flowers #familytime

Golden color, crisp sweet apple flavor. Smooth and enjoyable to drink.

Good acidity.
