Nice brut; it has a grapefruit like quality that is great for a crowd. Depth in flavor but not much of the champagne characteristics such as lees showing. Light in feel and color, and ample fizz and zippy acid.

Dec 31st, 2016Great N.V. champagne! Light toast on the nose, green apple and pear, and a strong overtone of red grapefruit, and plentiful refined bubbles. Very explosive flavor in the mouth and a very crisp finish. Great paired with cheeses and for a great toast!

This is actually quite good. Lovely nose with lot of brioche and apple and in the mouth full bodied and long.

Toasty and buttery on the nose. First sip is flavorful of apples and nuances of citrus, with a creme mouthfeel. Honey flavors on a gentle finish. Plenty of refined bubbles.
