Subtle and savory, this wine has beautiful red fruits, very good acidity, and a fine mineral palate. This will pair with an enormous variety of foods. Lovely!

Mourvèdre that I love. Just the slightest hint of meat juice, you know, like when you take a roast out of the oven.... Just a bit. Not too much. Color is bright & vibrant.

Another example of an expert touch in natural winemaking. I'm not going to say that this wine will appeal to everyone, but it is subtle and pretty, with a great floral nose, very acidic and juicy mid-palate, and a medium-long finish. Very well made wine, but only serve it to friends that will appreciate the subtlety and beauty that William can coax out of his grapes.

One of the most interesting California wines I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. An elegant, aromatic and eminently drinkable version of what is normally a beast of a wine. Laser focus and acidity, and a deft and gentle winemaking touch make this a clear must-buy.
