Zweigelt

One of my favorite low sugar red wines!! Great to wash down a peppery steak. Smooth start finishes semi-dry. More moist than dry. Dark chocolate taste!

Getting some ripe kiwi and molasses aroma coming through some dominant cedar. Got an impression of tomato on my first sip that quickly fades into a mineral type flavor. A little bit of an ashy flavor on the second sip. There’s a bright tannic finish that reminds me of red grapefruit.
