2005 vintage - fruit up front, then tasting berries, finishing boysenberry. Spices, peppercorns, hint of leather (but not like it tasted back in early 2010's). Smooth, medium and joyful finish. Perfect tannings balance. Goes really well with the cross-rib juicy roast.

An outstanding Napa Valley classic from the famed Morisoli vineyard located the heart of Rutherford area. Patience is rewarded, as this is just now hitting its stride! Decanted for an hour before pairing it with a juicy ribeye that was grilled to heaven sent perfection. This wine, dances and sings hitting every note perfectly, the finish is long and lasting!
