Almund bitters, not too sweet not too acid. Dit not work with indonesian, but an excelent glas afterwards.

Fresh, precise, and nicely balanced. Green apple with minerality. A buddy felt it was past its peak, but I felt it was drinking well. Fine entry level bottle from a notable producer.
