One of the best bottles I have had in a while. Quince, cooked pear and apples, slight spice notes, baked pie crust, cream fraiche, perfect acidity. Makes you come back for more. Yum!

Jul 17th, 2022Love this champagne. Can still hold a few more years but is drinking very well know. Notes of brioches and nuts with plenty of chalk and minerals to give it structure and depth.

Oct 18th, 2020Intens mineral nose, nuts, white flowers. Dégorgement January 2018. On the palette it has a very fine mousse and long mineral notes ending with a refreshing citrus uplift. I am going to wait a few years more before my next bottle. Excellent!
