Bone Ash Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Super fruit forward but there is a hit of salinity that makes this sail. I also just love how sexy the bottles are. A solid and balanced brew. Never had a bad Venge. That being said I’ve only ever had two but both made me want more.

Sumptuous nose of maraschino cherries and treacle. Palate is a little coarse and tannic. Great components which are densely packed, but needs age to bring everything together. Will certainly improve in the bottle.

A truly stunning example from beginning to end. Plush, rich, dense, yet not exuberant. Lovely nose, with a palete, which exuded poise and restraint. Coffee, blueberries, and brown sugar float on. Worth every cent.

Wife on the left, daughter on the right. Celebrating my daughter and son-in-law’s birthday. This wine (like my wife and daughter) is stunning. Cherry liqueur, cloves and coffee on the nose. Palette is so well behaved. Full bodied, yet focused on the mid-palate. Very fruit-forward, with bright acidity. Finishes jammy and sweet. Overall, an excellent effort.
