Lost my original notes in the DL ether, so here I am again...
Lovely oak nose complimented with roses. Exotic dark fruits on the palate combine with cassis, forest floor and roasted coffee. Plush tannins mingle with moderate acidity. This is a truly brilliant example of a Cabernet.

So consistent, with purity of fruit. Displays a nice sense of place. Tannins are focused. Excellent oak treatment.

Always an amazing bottle. Complexity of different dark fruit that integrated with its tannins. Velvet texture on the palate with a finish that never ends.
