This "rose" from vesper McCormick tastes a whole lot like Chardonnay without the butteriness. Good luck finding a pink color tho.

Free spirits @Alysha Stehly and @Chris Broomell are trailblazing new winemaking ground in their hometown of San Diego. They similarly buck tradition for this #rose by aging it on lees for 10 months in stainless. The result is flirty brightness and purity with a delicately lush mouthfeel.
