Tie-Dye Lollipop McCormick Ranch Carignan Grenache

My first wine from San Diego. Nose is unique for sure. A foot in the funk of the old world, but also intense peanut butter? Like intense. Palate is round with nice freshness but fruit is sweet which is expected but nice acid. Not terribly complex but could be with air, but good balance. 50% Carignan 50% Grenache.

Ruby with orange hue. nose: dusty, cocoa powder, cherry candy, raspberry, strawberry, cinnamon. Palate: candied raspberry, funky note, s tough of smoky, surprising light, medium plus acidity, irony, medium plus tannin. I'd prefer drink it by its own.

High toned. Drop of va kissing the juicy red fruit.

Candied raspberries and strawberries. Fun and uplifting to a fault. This wine proves drinkable only on the particular occasion. When you find yourself in that occasion oh is it lovely. Otherwise it is just a childish overload.

This is one of those wines that can get you in trouble as glasses of it disappear quickly.

Excellent pairing with "Inherent Vice" ...Juicy tang meets sandalwood cola...as bright and honest as Joaquin Pheonix's blitzed out gaze...great job @vespervineyards
