Aromas of honeydew melon and whipped cream. Bright and acidic on the palette, decently long finish. Delicious and mouthwatering. A perfect accompaniment to pesto roasted rockfish. Will definitely buy again.

I was so excited to have this Pouilly Fumé because I had a bottle at Petit Troís about a month ago that I loved. This wine isn't as balanced; I'm getting crisp apple and citrus fruits, muddled pear with low acidity, straw and just a dryness that's missing something. The salmon and glazed carrots I made dulled the crispness. It's just ok for me.
