Beautiful straw color, very fine bubbles (which I love) and a truly great Cava. Lots of stone fruit, peaches and apricots on the palate, zesty citrus, with some brioche/biscuit notes on the finish. Very easy to drink and paired really well with a Miso Salmon. Bumped up the fruit notes and bubbles! — 8 months ago
A steal for value and quality! It's got just the right amount of butter and roundness balanced with acidity to make this a great French Chardonnay. Banana, golden delicious apples, oak and a touch of vanilla to soften the acidity but still allowing it to shine. Was a fantastic pairing with pasta (garlic, chicken, caramelized onions and mushrooms). Would definitely get this again! — 2 years ago
Notes of baked apple, lime, lemon curd, baking spices like vanilla and a creamy texture with a hint of steel so that it doesn't feel too heavy or full. A really nice compliment to the Chicken Noodle Soup I made from scratch. — 2 months ago
Don't sleep on this one like my puppo is 🐶 Really beautiful expression on this Viognier, typical stone fruit and white flowers on the nose, very much peaches and apricot. On the palate, honeysuckle, ripe peaches and nectarines, a perfectly ripe mango or pear. Easy drinking, bright and delightful on its own or with food. Had it alongside a Pimento Cheese Dip and Crackers to start and Miso Glazed Salmon as the main. — 7 months ago
Closer to the Reds I'm currently liking right now (Pommard), but perhaps more on the over-ripe side, especially after it's been opened for a day. It's definitely jammy strawberries, with some dark ripe plums, acidity (location and soils - shale, limestone and sandy loam), dance-ability and fun on the palate right after opening. More cherry and oak notes after 24 hours but overall something that goes really well with food (heirloom tomatoes and burrata, white and pink pasta sauces). When I saw Santa Maria Valley I knew I'd like this wine and I would definitely buy this again! — a year ago
This beautiful and aromatic Viognier is exactly what I look for and expect in this varietal. Lots of peach, white flower, citrus, with plenty of acidity and a lingering finish. It's got a little pep in its step and it's delightful! — 3 months ago
I had the 2017 vintage and it was red berries (cherry and raspberry) on the nose with a hint of chocolate. As I closed my eyes and sipped it, it turned to dark fruit (plums) and mocha, almost like molé with the acidity and spice. Almost like a plum or grape soda. Very fun! Tons of acid that softened after a bit for a full velvety finish. — 7 months ago
What a lovely Pinot! We were having Thai food so this paired very well since we had Red Curry and Pad Thai. A little earthy at first, some tobacco, but the fruits came forward as it opened and I tasted strawberry and raspberry coming through. It had a nice acidity to it so it didn't feel too heavy and got better as the bottle was open and still on the same glass. One to savor for sure! — a year ago
Big red fruit, currants, stewed strawberries, so ripe but not overripe, like you put it in a pie, but still has the acid to hold up, cherry, like a chocolate cherry that's articificial but you just love the nostalgia and flavor. A little bit of leather on it but so beautiful. Really loving this wine, it's perfect with a steak and just keeps opening and getting more beautiful with each sip! — 2 years ago

This Virginian wine was just beautiful! It smelled like a cherry pop tart, but one that you knew your great grandmother made deep in the cellar after kneading the dough all day and filling it with fresh cherries and served with some Brie on the side. More red fruit on the nose, raspberries, and again, it had this creaminess to it, where you truly could pair this with anything. As it opened, the acid made the red fruit brighten, so the second glass was different than the first. Really glad my gal pal was able to join the wine club and get her hands on one of these!! — a month ago
