Had to put our little man down yesterday, very heartbreaking. We rescued him when he was 9 and had him for 8 wonderful loving years. š so tonight Iām trying this delicious Italian wine to celebrate his little life that gave us so much joy. Lots of ripeness and complexity to go along with my first time cooking seared tuna. (I over cooked it) š

Delicious #puglia #negroamaro blend - deep placid aroma well of blackberry fruit and compote, succulent acidity up front on the palate melting into cocoa, mild coffee and sweet tobacco finish wrapped with soft tannins. I drank this in honor of š®š¹!
