Decent French style Chilean CS with mindblowing bouquet )

Macerated cold prior to 7 days fermentation, then macerated again 2 weeks. Aged 8 months 50% in French oak barrels, 50% in stainless steel tanks.

Limpid cherry red, purplish red rim.
Gush of pine forest, mint, and silicone sealant aromas, supported by flowers, tobacco, some berries (black currant, black cherry).
Still young and spiny palate of medium body. Slightly gripping tannins, lively acidity. Wooden bark, black currant, wild cherry, plum flavors.
Medium length finish highlighting cassis and spices.
Nice reason for meditative meal.
