Lush, complex bouquet powered by blackberry, bilberry, black currant, ripe plum, cinnamon, pinch of black pepper over chocolate bar.
Silky, very fruity, rounded medium-plus bodied palate shows blueberry, huckleberry, black gooseberry, black currant, blackberry, hint of earth. Fine-grained tannins.
Succulent lengthy finish.
Paired minced mutton chop (lyulya-kebab).
