Vinca Minor bubbly/bubbly 2020 nouveau with Carignan and Sauvignon blanc. A lot of similar flavors to his rose although has that fermented grape juice flavor of nouveau. Tons of peach, pear, a bit of tropical fruit, a bucketful of different minerals/rocks, and a long finish for such a young wine.
