Echezeaux Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Amazing baking spice tones, light hints of cocoa. Very little oak hints left and beautiful complexity from what seems like a fair amount of whole cluster fermentation.

Black cherry and Asia spice aromas, delicious rich flavors with incredibly long finish. Wonderful wine that still age another 2-5 yrs

A little hot but tasty and ready to go now.

This is outstanding at the moment.
