Corn, vanilla, ripe orchard fruit, chervil, cotton candy, hay, spices, and caramel. The palate had a firm structure with med + acid and abv showing great tension with some bitterness. The complexity was med + but wound up and compact. The balance seemed a little disjointed and the finish a bit awkward.
