This is very much an old school cabernet from Napa - big, high alcohol, ripe silky tannins and very fruit forward: black currant, blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, cedar and Stoney minerality. Full bodied but so ripe the acidity takes a backseat to the alcohol. Long finish - very good if this is your style, but for me, one glass is enough.
