Stiff and grippy. This likely has years left, but as it stands, the bottle's most interesting attribute is its glass cork.

A good amount of fresh earth with bright currant and dark cherry fruit. A bit tannic but nice red berry fruit fresh earth nice freshness and balance. A more old world style with nice complexity. Finish 40+ excellent

2009 from Amanda in 2010 wine club in PPC. Tad brown. Near black red. Jammy nose. Strong cassis, blueberry cedar. Red pepper but low tannin. Warm finish into chest and sinuses. High alcohol? Helas, not the body, structure or strength expected of Cabernet. Perhaps c’est age and altitude?

Last had this a year and a half ago. Was fantastic. This bottle is shot. Fruit is gone. Secondary flavors gone. All tannins, nothing else. Interesting note. There's a glass stopper. I don't remember ever seeing one before so want to say the last bottle had a standard cork. Perhaps I'm wrong. Maybe that has something to do with it and they aren't all they're cracked up to be. Have one bottle left so we'll see. Either way, none too pleased. Moving on....

Massive mushroom torte, red pepper, cocoa, and Indian spice. Blueberry and roasted meet take over the palette. Fantastic. Finish goes on and on and on.

Blackberry, plum and crushed stone on the palate, accompanied by an intoxicating long, silky finish.
