On the palate cherry and raspberry flavors with notes of tea and pepper wrapped in smoky oak. Fine tannins, nicely balanced lingering ending with an earthy mineral tang.

Ruby hue with pink rim variation. Cherry liqueur, mulberry, fresh fig, dill, violets, and delicate notes of nutmeg and cured meat on the nose. Bold flavor, bright red fruit on the palate. Clean finish.

Pretty decent if not highly predictable. Perfumed with floral & medicinal notes, cola, bright cherries, cherry syrup, Chinese five spice. Energetic and palatable, but a little mangled in structure. Good for what it is but still not entirely my jam.
