Plenty of acidity. Crisp. Refreshing. Good palate cleanser. Definitely a food wine. Nothing in the way of fruit flavors. Just a prickly white for the drinking. Love the 1 liter bottles - very low brow and accessible. Aroma of canned pears after it opened up.
