Overly tannic for a Pinot Noir. Very tight to begin but opened up and showed some improvement over the course of the meal. Possibly this wine needs more time in the cellar.

Fairly decent pinot. Some complexity and depth once it opened in the glass. Equivalent of a good village Bourgogne.
