Dragonstone Riesling

Being from the the Rheingau, fruit and flowers are the stars here. You still get that signature petrol and minerality, but they take a supporting role. Ripe melon and a plethora of lovely florals come through - elderflower, honeysuckle, hibiscus and ginger all present. Not as much acid on the palate as I would expect. It's playful but doesn't possess that razor sharp precision you would get from a top Mosel Riesling.

Simple feinherb with elevated acidity and bold fruit.

Light and sweet, like really good key lime pie. Great with spicy Asian food.

So mineral and tart but with a perfect body. Balance

Great taste, and just a great wine to have for anytime your feeling for a glass.
