Yeah, Keller... Lime, lime flower and then some more lime. Very good on Day 1 open, but slight notes of oxidation on Day 2 open. As such, I ended up putting some of this in my mushroom risotto tonight.

My first Keller. I get it. Tropical (pineapple), some citrus, saline, nice acidity but not over top, long finish. Classy. Way too young, but I couldn’t wait. 2018.

Aug 22nd, 2020Nothing to add to my last note: consistent. Peach, lime, lovely dry extract. On the palate, great acidity, more peach and lime, dense fruit, good minerality and a very clean finish.

Straw and silver hues. Nose reminds me of tart and underripe pear, apple, and apricot, with floral aromas of cherry blossoms, white lilies, and honeysuckle. Some mineral, limestone influences. Slight effervescence and bright citrus - lemon and lime - notes on the palate. Medium finish. Vibrant, dry Riesling.
