Screaming acidity, lime zest- very refreshing

Gorgeous honey and floral nuances with petrol notes. Peach nectar and stone fruit on the palate. Sweetness balanced perfectly with crisp acidity and minerality.

Petrol on the nose with hints of citrus and apricot, granite and wet stone minerals were pronounced. Very sweet.

Been open for a day, not showing that well as a result.
