Aromatic nose of tropical fruits, apples, minerals, and spices.
Full-bodied and oily with high acidity.
Semi-sweet on the palate with yellow apples, citrus, tropical fruits, pineapples, honey, apricots, guava, minerals, and spices.
Tangy, long finish with limes and honey notes.
This is a delicious 5-year-old Riesling from Mosel in Germany. Elegant and rich. Fruit-forward and easy drinking.
Well-balanced with nice complexity and mouthfeel. For some reason, I didn't get many diesel notes.
I had it 4 years ago, and it's so much better now, as it is much more complex. Peaking now, and will continue to drink nicely in the next few years.
Good right out of the bottle and enjoyable on its own, as a sipping wine. Would also pair nicely with spicy Asian food.
