Man, is this Petrol. Tasting: apple, guava and lime notes come forth. Sparkling acidity. Sweetness level is somewhere between a Kabinett and Trocken. With time, more pineapple and sour patch kids come into play. So sleek and linear I wish I were watching Sprockets.

Starting to get a rich gold color, yet tasting quite fresh with good acidity. Lemon and Orange blossoms on the nose with hints of lanolin, and tastes like pineapple juice. Slightly sweet. It's "Riesling 101," but not dumbed-down.

2014 vintage. Agreeable and apple-y. Yellow and green apples, fresh pear, chamomile, hay, reductive petrol-ish notes, white rocks. Definitely showing Riesling's drier side, but not to the point of austerity. Good concentration and a little roundness.
