Just fucking sick wine. This wine is better than 2/3rds of humans on earth. Screeching nose of herbs, minerals, bok choy, and so expressive and singular. Also sugar snap peas. Stunning. Rich, ripe and opulent but so streamlined and focused with beautiful flavors on the palate that reflect the aromas. A masterpiece.

Had a wine geek over for dinner. Needed a geek wine. Wow. Such acidity. Amazing when paired (in this instance - grilled salmon) with food. Whole different ballgame. What a wine #acidhounds

Great yin and yang of concentration and weightlessness. The favors here are savory and herbal, but ripe and delicious. Benchmark stuff.
