Previously tasted the 2014, this is not any better. Deep red with berry aromas and smoky spice. On the palate cherry, currants, and plum with heavy spicy oak. Big grainy tannins, lively acidity on this full body wine that had a medium finish. Nothing great. Pass. Tasting Sample.

The flavor is almost overwhelming. Too acidic and grainy with the flavor of alcohol on the back end. I feel like there's a good flavor in there somewhere but I can't get past the turn-offs. Not for me.
