Tart citrus, lemon/lime, grapefruit, acid is super elevated, no oak, long mineral finish with tart fruit and racy acid...almost chablis like....picked early in a cool climate of California...very refreshing Chardonnay

Lean, almost austere...shy nose but plenty of mineral grip. Lemon peel, crisp not-quite-ripe pear, and plenty of enamel cleaning acidity. Looking for just a bit more ripeness but worked well with buttery roast chicken.
