Well Hot Damn! This wasn't half bad! I figured it would be over the hill but it still had some life. This had a bit of Brett but that is common in the 98's & 99's

Nice surprise despite age. Lots of sediment at end of bottle, but great nose. Strawberries and pomegranate dominate.

A pretty raspberry chambolle-like nose. Spritzy on the palate. Clear but fairly thin, tart and short. Nose great, palate less so.

Cork crumbled upon opening, raising concern that the wine was no longer good, but it held its own, in WS style. Nose, fruits and acidity were all intact.
