Nov 25th, 2015Ya ya, I get it, grand cru burgundy wannabe. Pretty much hitting it on the head and I've said it before and I'll say it again I just will not believe this is a natural phenomena. Cola, dr. Pepper, deep extracted flavors and a a really nice balance without any overbearing intensity. I'm starting to just enjoy this instead of hating at least, but I much prefer nature over a winemaker's wants and demands and I must say this is quite obviously the winemaker's preferences at work here.
