2007 vintage. Admittedly, not the biggest Anderson Valley fan but this shredded. Medium/medium-heavy body (for a 15-yo AV pinot!!) with plenty of cola nut, rhubarb, cranberry and plum along with structure. Needed a solid 30 minutes to open up and, oh boy, it did. Distinctive dark cherry/astrigent note positing itself peculiarly at the finishing end slid back towards the mid-palate after a spell. Yay! 8.16.23.
