Foss Vineyard Pinot Noir

Revisiting the 2011 Foss vineyard from Williams Selyem and it's tasting amazing

Enjoying one from the home team to kick off the weekend. Needs time, still needs to shed the baby fat but still delicious.

Aged really well. Much better than most of the other 2011 WS vineyards

Peak

More fruit forward than some of their offerings, but not in a bad way, and not reminiscent of central coast. Bright cherry and cranberry. Some ripe plum.

Great
