A full and smooth Pinot on the palate.
Paired perfectly with our grilled salmon.
Should have bought more.

1 hour decant. An exquisite dark garnet color. On the nose: dark sweet cherries, forest floor, floral, tea, and smoke. Taste: a smooth and chalky wine with surprisingly muted notes of cherry, earth, sweet tea, and a strawberry mineral medium finish with medium acidity. Drinking well now with the decant, probably better with a few more years on it.

A tad sweet. It’s probably too young. I need to organize better.
