Improved with air. Still has lots of cherry cola fruit. Lighter style but lovely with grilled rack of lamb.

Beautiful, deep color. Black cherries and other dark fruits, cola, minerals, and a range of spices. Great tannins and mouth feel. Wonderful complement to grilled lamb.

Opened over 2 hours, some smokiness and spice mixed with red and black fruits. A bit disjointed on mid palate and tannins still present. Should have waited.
