Sparkling Chardonnay Blend

Vintage 2015 | the big bubbles from the mousse are in fact the only thing why I doubted for a moment if the wine in my glass would be champagne. But the yeast in taste, apple and high acidity was very convincing to me. Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot Meunier. Happens to me made at the doorstep of the King in England 🫢

Disturbing high in acidity.
Starting in the nose that picks up hints of “sauerkraut”.

Light, crisp and refreshing and not too fizzy
