Apr 15th, 2019Still vibrant and in good health at 13 years. Great balance in Australia’s classic blend. With time a mineral salty earthiness amongst the plum tobacco flavours. One can experience both components of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Shiraz on nose and palate - the mint of the Cab somewhat covered by the sweet fruit of the Shiraz.
