Quite light garnet , wide quite watery garnet rim . Quite high toned spiced nose , white pepper , Moroccan spice , herbal tinged red cherry , apple , sloe , quite quirky . On the palate this is pretty high in acidity , quite light leafy and herbal red currant , red cherry , floral spiced notes , pretty light , touch of bitterness but just enough volume . Precise though not particularly long , saline , pepper tinged finish . This is quite spicy and light bodied , drink now and over 3-4 years . A little herbal and perhaps a bit gawky and scrawny , but an honest representation of what was a pretty impossible vintage by most accounts, I would leave high expectations given the price , at the door.

Thought this Mizuki rosé was a dry red.
