The kidonista is a nearly extinct Greek grape still being produced by a few wineries trying to resurrect the grape. Nice fuller bodied wine that went well with pork souvlaki. Aroma is green peach, lemon and grapefruit zest, little floral and hint of vanilla. Flavor is orange, peach, and vanilla. Body is medium plus. Hints of lemon acidity, but oak driven tannins rounding out the finish. Straw yellow color. All in all a lovely wine
